Why is the domain included? +
Your first year domain is included in every package, so your new site has a professional home from day one.
How and when do I renew my domain? +
We'll send you a simple renewal guide. Domains renew annually at the registrar's current rate, usually around $15–$30.
What's SEO, and why is it free? +
SEO helps search engines understand your website. We include the essential setup in every build because it should be standard, not a luxury.
Will you update my website after final payment? +
Our packages include the agreed revisions before launch. Ongoing updates can be requested separately by emailing us.
Why is there a $15 deposit? +
It secures your request and covers the initial domain and project setup work.
Can I use the website preview? +
No. Previews are watermarked and private while your project is in progress. Your live site is delivered after final payment.
What's your refund policy? +
Once the final website has been accepted, we can't refund the working hours already invested.
